Evelyn M. Cremeens, 98 of Willow Wood, OH passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Heartland of Riverview of South Point, OH. Evelyn was born September 24, 1915, a daughter of the late Chauncey and Gladys Fulks Johnson. She was a member of Highlawn Baptist Church. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Farrell “Tater” Cremeens; an infant twin daughter, Connie Jane Cremeens; brothers, Chauncey E. and Charles E. Johnson. Survivors include daughter, Donna and son-in-law Jay E. Schneider of Willow Wood, OH; grandchildren, Mark & Kerri Schneider, Tom Schneider of Willow Wood, OH, Lori and Greg Wickham of Uniontown, OH, great grandchildren, Aaron Wickham, Andrew & Mallory Wickham and Adam Wickham of Uniontown, OH; brothers, Oris and Bob Johnson of Proctorville, OH and her best friend and cousin Marie Scheff of Huntington, WV. Graveside services will be at 2 PM Friday, January 17, 2014 at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Mercerville, OH with Pastor Daniel Beaver officiating. Visitation will be Friday, January 17, 2014 12:30 PM to 1 PM at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH.
