Sandra Charlene Hardy

March 12, 1961 - November 1, 2018

Sandra Charlene Hardy, 57 of South Point, OH entered into her heavenly home on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  Sandy was born March 12, 1961 in Williamson, WV, beloved daughter of D. L. and Peggy Lowe Webb of Chesapeake, OH.  She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Billy Hardy.  Survivors include her three children, John Douglas (Ashley) Bills, Zachary (Kari) Bills and Sarah (Scott) Rickman; one step-daughter, Megan Hardy; one sister, Connie Myers; one brother, Mitchell (Bonita) Webb and four grandchildren, Hunter Bills, Emma Bills, Paxtyn Rickman and Faith Wilkerson.  Sandy was employed by Cabell Huntington Hospital for nearly 15 years.  She was a devoted Mother and Grammy.  Funeral Services will be 1PM Monday November 5, 2018 at Sybene Missionary Baptist Church, 9231 County Road 1, South Point, OH 45680 with her father, D. L. Webb and her brother, Mitchell Webb officiating.  Friends may visit two hours prior to the service at the Church.  Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point.  Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Huntington City Mission in Sandy’s Memory.  Condolences to the family may be expressed a www.slackandwallace.com.
