Warren Henry Hong, Jr., 51, of Ashland, KY, formerly of South Point, OH, died Friday, January 9, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. Funeral services will be 12 PM Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Dr. Ken Toler officiating. Burial will follow at Ashland Cemetery, Ashland, KY. Warren was born July 12, 1963 in Covina, CA a son of the late Warren Henry Hong, Sr. and Carolyn Joyce McNeal Skaggs and step father Russ Skaggs. He is survived by three children, Carolyn (Ryan) Spangler of Ashland, KY, Kristen (Mark) Tabor of South Point, OH and Ryan Hong of South Point, OH; sisters, Tanya (Steve) Marquez of Ashland, KY, Lorie (Jack) Long of Alta Loma, CA, Tanisha (Hamlet) Marderos of Bend, OR and Tiffany (Edwin) Hernandez of Oceanside, CA; 6 grandchildren, Blake, Hope, Owen, Taylor, Mila and Max; mother of his children, Susan (Nick) Hanshaw of South Point, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
