Charles Richard “Rick” Waugh, 58, of Olive Hill, KY died Saturday, September 7, 2013 at the Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY. He was born January 3, 1955 in Columbus, OH, a son of the late John H. Waugh and Anna Marie Callicoat Waugh. He worked as a truck driver for a moving company. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Ronald Waugh, Bill Waugh, Doc Waugh and Tom Waugh. Rick is survived by a sister, Judy DeBoard of Olive Hill; a brother, Jim Waugh of McArthur, OH; friends, Evelyn Gannon, Brian McNeil and Elizabeth McNeil, all of Olive Hill and Debbie Ward and family; and a granddaughter, Madalene McNeil.
