Dianna Gail Barnett

December 27, 1943 - December 12, 2018

Dianna Gail Floyd Barnett, 74, of Ironton, OH went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at River’s Bend Health Care, South Point, OH.  She was born December 27, 1943 in Ashland, KY, a daughter of the late Clarence Floyd and Mary Blair Floyd. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie (Red) Barnett; two daughters, Evonda Hunt and Rhonda Curnell; 2 sons, William Salyers and Danny Salyers; and a brother, Gary Floyd.  Dianna was retired as a Certified Nurse Assistant.   Survivors include 6 children, Johnny Salyers, Charlie Barnett, Tim Barnett, Kevin Barnett, Randy Barnett and Marlene Elliot; a sister, Judy Goldie; a brother, Roger Floyd; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Pastor Terry Wagner officiating.  Burial will follow at Dixon Cemetery, Westwood, KY.  Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
