Dan Singer

Dan Singer, 82, of South Point, OH went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at King’s Daughters’ Medical Center, Ashland, KY.  He was born December 28, 1934 in Chesapeake, Ohio, a son of the late Devern “Babe” and Gladys Singer.  He is also preceded in death by one brother, Johnny Singer, and one sister, Patsy Walker.  He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Tena Plybon Singer; daughter, Tonya (Tony) Suiter; son, Micah (Rebecca) Singer; son, Michael (Kandice) Singer; daughter, Tyrona (Jeff) Ryberg; daughter, Lisa (Charles) Smith; one sister-in-law, Janice Singer; 17 grandchildren including special grandchildren Shelby Adaire Singer and James London Nester;  3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral service will be Wednesday November 29, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, Ohio with Pastor Bill Flannery officiating.  Burial will be at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, Ohio.  Friends may call from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
