    David Mark Blake, 64, of South Point, OH died Wednesday, January 2, 2019.  He was born April 4, 1954 in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Earl Carlton Blake and Marian Elizabeth Cutright Blake.  David was a veteran of the U S Air Force and was a telecommunications worker for A T & T.  Survivors include two brothers, Terry (Mary Ann) Blake of South Point and Tom (Robin) Blake of South Point.  There will be no services.  Slack and Wallace Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
