Claudia Lehn, 75 of South Point, OH died Thursday, December 21, 2017 at her home. She was born April 25, 1942 in Ashland, KY, a daughter of the late Arnold Elmo Blankenship and Edith Mae Sparks Blankenship. Claudia worked as a Registered Nurse for many years and enjoyed playing the piano and singing at her Church. She is survived by her husband, Joe Lehn; her three children, Teresa Lehn of Chesapeake, OH, Stephen Mark Lehn of Kitts Hill, OH and Jonathan Eric Lehn of Charleston, SC; one sister, Karen Johnson of Chickamauga, GA; four grandchildren, Stephanie Kendrick, Derrik Conley, Blake Conley and Cole Lehn; three great grandchildren, Miles Kendrick, Emma Conley and Grace Conley; two step-grandchildren, Madalyn and Chelsea and one step-great grandchild, Rowan. Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM Friday, December 29, 2017 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Pastor Dale Simpson officiating.
