February 21, 2017I am so sorry for your loss but know that he is better now wrapped in the arms of our Savior. He spent a lot of time fishing my dad so I know without a doubt that the two of them are in heaven fishing a river or lake where the fish are ALWAYS biting. Rest in peace "Baldy"Posted by:

February 20, 2017He was a great person who loved his fishing. We went fishing. One of our friends said heck Harold there are no fish in this creek. He did not say a word. He just stepped real easy into the creek bent over reached under the rock Tom Davis was standing on. He then PICKED up this 10 inch trout and said to OFFICER TOM DAVIS, what do you call THIS and turn it loose. That is my great memory of HAROLD COLLINS rest in piece Captain Frank Riggio HPD retiredPosted by:
