I am so sorry for your loss but know that he is better now wrapped in the arms of our Savior. He spent a lot of time fishing my dad so I know without a doubt that the two of them are in heaven fishing a river or lake where the fish are ALWAYS biting. Rest in peace "Baldy"

He was a great person who loved his fishing. We went fishing. One of our friends said heck Harold there are no fish in this creek. He did not say a word. He just stepped real easy into the creek bent over reached under the rock Tom Davis was standing on. He then PICKED up this 10 inch trout and said to OFFICER TOM DAVIS, what do you call THIS and turn it loose. That is my great memory of HAROLD COLLINS rest in piece Captain Frank Riggio HPD retired

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I have many fond memories of Bob since we both lived in Barboursville when I was on the Barboursville Police Department and while working at the Huntington Police Department. Bob was a great friend. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I was hoping to get to meet you in this life, my cousin, Bobby but it wasn't meant to be. I'm sure Harold and Eloise will be close. Your family is ours.... Kim and kids, I would like to meet you someday too. Special hugs for all you have been through with your mom/grandma and husband/father passing so close together. Heavenly Father, please take Bobby into your arms and give him peace. In Jesus name, Amen!
