My condolences and prayer go out to all of Frank's family. I knew Frank through football officiating, enjoying his companionship, his help and suggestions, and his humor. His nickname for me was "Driller", in reference to my profession. A man, such as I found him to be, has to be missed; yet we, his family, friends and community, are enriched because he lived. Heaven is a better place now that he is there. You are with me in my heart and prayer. Bill Brown
