February 28, 2019Dear Lois, I just found out about Steve's passing today. I am so sorry for your loss. Look to the Lord in your time of mourning and he will comfort you. May the Lord richly bless you and your family during this time. From Milt Lester and all of the Lester Family.Posted by:

February 20, 2019Dear Lois, So sorry I didn't make it for the visitation, but was glad that Jerry represented all of the Greenslait family. We always thought so much of each of you, and our hearts and prayers go out to each of you. I always said that Steve was the best coach Matthew ever had. No yelling or screaming (that I ever heard), just encouragement and teaching. Love and comfort to you, and especially to Bubba and Kara and their sweet families.Posted by:

February 19, 2019Sending sincerest condolences to your family in this time of deep loss. May you know the comfort of the Holy Spirit and the peace that God alone can give. This is only farewell, not good-bye. You will meet again. “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die." John 11:25-26Posted by:
Laura McPhersonPosted on:
February 18, 2019For Lois and her family - I did not know Steve except through Lois' wonderful posts of her life and the family, but he sounds like such a wonderful man, and Lois is particularly blessed to have had the wonderful marriage they did (and sweethearts before that!) for so many years. My heart going out to you all. I hope that you can find some comfort in the many great memories you have together. Laura McPherson, one of Lois' AOSFYC buddie.
