Shauna, Mary and all my extended family...I will miss Uncle Johnny with his garden tales and will always remember all the holiday dinners he spent with us...And I will always admire the love he and his sister, my Mom shared...they were as brother and sister should be as they were best friends as well as siblings...He sure fought a long hard fight and now he is at peace...My heart is sad but please know I love you all and I know God will cover you with his mercy and his grace to help get you thru this loss and Heaven is rejoicing at his arrival...

You are sure going to be missed Johnny. And that's a great legacy to have. Such a nice man to us girls growing up, so many memories.

I cannot count the times that I sat at the kitchen table when you were there eating Big Moms cooking. You were so humble and kind. I was there visiting Malia but you had such a great sense of humor that I loved just sitting there listening. You sure lit up the room. I’m sure you are in a beautiful place. Heaven gained another special Angel. There are so many loved ones that went before you. What a joyful reunion. My daddy is there and he too had a sense of humor. So I’m sure you both can really have a good ole time talking about Malia & I. One thing for sure. Malia loved you very much and we often talked about you. Always kind and loving words. Fly High Johnny.

Uncle Johnny, Not only were you my uncle but you were my best friend. You were someone I spoke with every night. I'm sure going to miss talking to you. I love you with every beat of my heart. Love, Malia
